FY27 New Mexico Food Pathways Program Letter of Intent

The New Mexico Food Pathways Program is seeking Letters of Interest from eligible organizations and food retail enterprises interested in pursuing reimbursement-based funding for projects that improve food access in underserved communities.

 Project Focus Areas Include:

  • Expanded access to healthy, affordable staple foods
  • Improved economic viability of rural and community-based food retailers
  • Increased SNAP-authorized retail capacity
  • Enhanced cold chain, storage, and food safety infrastructure

Important Information:

  • Submission of an LOI does not guarantee funding or an invitation to submit a full application.
  • Selected organizations will be invited to participate in the full application phase.
  • Funding awards will be made through a competitive review process.
  • The LOI serves as the initial screening phase for prospective applicants.
